  • SGW "Opinionated Reader" - Vast Improvement Over Nasal Irrigation or Cayenne PepperI always try to find natural solutions to physical problems, and sinus congestion has been an ongoing issue with me, to the point where I have often lost nights of sleep due to difficulty breathing. Not wanting to buy over-the-counter medications, I have been using either cayenne pepper or nasal irrigation to free clogged sinus passages, but with only limited success. When I heard that the Defense Technology 56895 MK-9 Stream, 1.3% Red Band/1.3% Blue Band Pepper Spray was a food product via Fox News, I realized that it must be healthy and natural. I had been having great difficulty breathing, so I quickly purchased some and sprayed it up each nostril. Wow! The 56895 MK-9 Stream has it all over cayenne pepper!! First of all, I fainted and was unconscious for at least two hours, so that was really a boon in terms of catching up with lost sleep. But after I came to, I realized that my sinuses were completely clear!! No more congestion for me. Of course, I did experience some amount of tissue loss, but I feel that it just creates more space in my sinuses for easier breathing. I am wondering if I can have the same success using the 56895 on my next ear infection.
  • Mailinh - I am normally very skeptical about things like this but this book is a miracle.I have had psoriasis for as long as I can remember. As a female, it is not the most attractive thing that can happen to you. I've tried lots of medications and treatments for my psoriasis and nothing seemed to work. I had them mostly on my legs, elbows, and all over my scalp. So when i tried this book and saw what great reviews it had, i thought i would give it a try. I changed my diet completely and followed useful tips from this book. I was amazed at how effective it was. Never would I have thought that diet and whole foods would make such an impact on my skin. As of now most of my psoriasis is practically gone and my scalp is clean!! No irritation, no itchiness, and no red scaly patches!! Thank you so much for making my life and condition so much better! This book is definitely worth reading and investing in.
  • JenniferNY - Very Good All Natural Fea Control ProductVet's Best Natural Flea + Tick Home Spray, 32 oz This product worked GREAT for me! Products like Frontline, Advantix and Advantage and ALL of the other similar products on the market like them kill fleas by poisoning them. PRODUCTS LIKE ADVANTIX, FRONTLINE, and ADVANTAGE AND SIMILAR PRODUCTS WORK BY POISONING THE FLEA WHEN IT BITES YOUR COMPANION. WHEN YOU PUT THESE PRODUCTS ON YOUR COMPANIONS SKIN YOU ARE PUTTING A VERY TOXIC PESTICIDE ON YOUR COMPANION. After you put it on their skin, it is absorbed and enters your companions bloodstream where it will remain as long as it continues to work. It may also be absorbed into your companions organs and/or glands and and may remain there in their bodies and continue to accumulate for your companions entire life, potentially causing problems many years later. When a flea bites your pet it drinks the toxic blood. The toxic blood poisons the flea and the flea dies. THIS SHOULD TELL YOU SOMETHING.

I use to use the PESTICIDE type flea control products quite a few years ago. One time when I put it on my companion she got pretty sick. I took her to the vet. The vet told me it was probably a reaction to the flea product I had used earlier that day. When I got home I began my research. What I read horrified me!!! I also learned that reactions like my girl had are pretty common. Most times it is passed off as just a minor illness that goes away. Some breeds are more seceptible than others too, so if you decide to use a pesticide type product, you should at least check and make sure that your breed is not one of the higher risk breeds. From what I remember, small size breeds were some of the breeds that had more frequent negative reactions and became sick more often. Remember too, that since it is a chemical, a deadly poison, it can also raise your companions liklihood of contracting cancer and other such diseases that toxic chemicals are known to cause and these diseases may not show up for many years and are almost never attributed to the toxic flea control you had used. I hope that your companion never suffers effects like that, but there could also be other less traumatic effects on your companion too that could trigger vet visits and over the years of your companions life and could potentially cost you thousands of $$$$ in vet bills and medication, again, never being attributed to the toxic effects of the pesticides in the flea control you are or had used, for years or years ago. Unfortunately, thousands of our companions die every year from these flea products too and their deaths are virtually never attributed to the toxic effects of the Flea Control their owners had used. The Pesticide Flea products do work very well for their Intended purpose, it is how they work that is the danger. It is how they work that scared me enough to never use them again. It is my opinion that they are not worth the risk, especially when there are all natural and NON-TOXIC alternatives on the market that work too.

  • Rohit Das - A really good guide for job huntingHighly recommended!
I was reluctant to use a "book" as a career guide. But after my Professor recommended this book, I bought it. The first few hours with the book itself gave me a whole new look at job search. My frustration dropped and I realized there was so much more I could try rather than just uploading resume to online job sites.
I would say that the book is targeted towards more mature audience, and almost 30% of it is not really applicable to a fresh graduating student. Still the content covered in the other 70% is definitely worth reading.
Many sentences are repeated again and again, which is annoying at times, but maybe required to get the point across. I would definitely read this book again every year, but preferably if there is a refresher edition which is more concise.
