  • Michael D. Briggs "Dark_Psion" - The perfect place to start learning AutoCADWhen I discovered that a retired employee had come back to work because he was the only one who knew how to use the AutoCAD program, I figured it might be good to learn how to use it and this book is an excellent resource. Now I won't lie, AutoCAD is an extremely complex program but as this book points out, you will primarily be using the same functions over and over again. One problem with many guide books is that they assume you already know the previous versions, this guide is different. It assumes nothing and guides you thru the basics up to the more complex functions. At the same time, if you are familiar with previous editions of AutoCAD, this book will also help you update your skills to the newest version.

You are not going to learn it over night and are going to need to put some time and effort into it, but this book is a must have if you want to add AutoCAD to you skill list.
  • joanne Wharry - John PaulJohn Paul was diagnosed with UC at 2 years 3 months old. that was in june of 2000. he took pentasa over the summer while i researched over the summer to find a natural remedy. i have UC and am familiar with the intense meds they prescribe for IBD. I did not want him to be on meds. On labor day of 2000 i find out about this book from a search on the internet. we started the diet immediately and he had a reduction in symptoms right away. he had some setbacks but has been in remission now for over a year. I am currently following the diet also. It is a change of lifestyle but a great one! I am finally in control of what I'm eating instead of the food controlling me... I am truly greatful to Elaine for making curing people with IBD her life's goal! My son is greatful too! Thank you Elaine!!!
  • Internet Cellular Group - Do not be weary of the taste from other reviewsI was horrified at the prospect of trying the step 3 night time powder. I am 21, 6 years a vegetarian and exercise regularly. I eat a lot of whole foods already so I was hoping it wouldn't be too bad and guess what? IT TASTED JUST FINE. I mixed it with a big cup of water and added some vanilla rice milk. I really enjoyed it! It tasted really healthy. I've had bad tasting health stuff(like super green food) and some of that is highly unbearable but really I am amazed at how people compare this to vomit because it tasted so bland. It was like finely ground oatmeal almost. Will update when I'm done with the 7 days.
  • Think Positive Be Positive - Time Flew By and I'm Drippin SweatI really like this "game". I think it meets the objective of making exercise fun. There is a lot of variety in regards to the type of activity to do. I have only had it for about 2 weeks and I haven't done every activity yet but so far it is keeping my attention. I am a 44 year old mother of 2 boys ages 12 and 10. Whenever I am working out to this game they join right in. We can do 2 player, 3 player...etc they really like it and I like that we are doing something fun and productive as a family. What I really like about it is that it is kind of addicting - meaning that I will put it on intending only to get in about 30-40 minutes of cardio for the day and before I know it 2 hours have gone by. To me, that is what makes this game worth it. If you are trying to get into shape or just be more active - then you can't go wrong with this game. It is just really fun and I definitely "feel" it the next day. And, although I don't like the way my avatar looks on the screen [it is very realistic] it just motivates me to work out more to improve the way my avatar looks. Be forewarned, the avatar really shows all of your lumps, bulges and rolls. But, again, for me this is motivating. I do wish that it could track my weight..etc like other reviewers have said but it's not a deal breaker.

Go Get It! It's SWEATY FUN!!!
